Are your products organic


Yes all our Products are 100% natural organic. We only use the very best of Natural Organic Oils, Botanical Herbs and Essential Oils to formulate our products




Are your Products Ethically sourced and sustainable


Yes at Shindaraessentials, we only work with certified suppliers and ensure all our ingredients are sourced and produced fairly and ethically. We only work with suppliers who are soil association and ecocert certified and we only use certified organic ingredients for all our products.




What size is Shindara hair oils


Our hair oils comes in a 100ml glass bottle. We include a glass dropper for easy application, and all our Products packaging are reusable and easy to recycle.




Do you test your product in animals


No, we do not test on animals , we ensure our ingredients and suppliers also do not have any animal testing product and are fully certified and regulated in th UK.




How long does the hair oil last?


Your 100mls oil should last between 2/3 months depending on your hair density and how often you use your oil. We recommend daily use and advise that you reorder before your oil finishes to ensure consistent use for best results.




How often do I use the hair oils?


For normal hair, we advise that you use a generous amount daily and as often as needed. For dry damaged hair, we advise that in addition to using the oil daily, it should also be used as a deep treatment fortnightly. Please ensure you read the how to use description on the product page and do not hesitate to contact us should you have any advise or questions.




What hair type can the oil be used on


Our hair oils work well for all hair types including, Dreadlocks, Permed hair and natural or Braids.




Does Shindara hair oil contain nuts?


Yes, all our products contain organic nuts like argan, macadamia, castor and other nuts. Do not use the oils if you are allergic to nuts. Always read the information on all our products and always conduct a patch test to ensure you are not allergic to any of our natural products.




Can I use the oil on my beards?


Yes, our oil can be used on beards.




Can the hair oil  be used on babies?


We advise you seek medical advice before using any product on babies . We do not recommend using our products on babies. Using this product on children is a personal choice and we advise to always conduct a patch test at least one week before use. Please read the ingredients list before use to make sure your child is not allergic to any of our product before using it. Do NOT use on Newborn babies




Can I use it on my eyebrows/ lashes


No due to the fact that our product contains essential oil which can be irritating to the eyes . We do not recommend the use for eye areas .




Does the Hair oil need to be rinsed out?


No, you do not need to rinse out the oil, However, if it is being used as a conditioning mask treatment then rinse with warm water. Follow our how to use instructions.




Do your hair oils contain preservatives


Our hair oil range does not contain preservatives as they are all water free. We recommend you use our products within 2-3 months and check out our safety guide on how to use and preserve our hair oils




Is your product safe for pregnant women


We ensure our products are of the best quality but pregnant women are more prone to be sensitive to certain products especially essentials oils , so we therefore do not recommend the use of our hair oil for pregnant women.




When do you restock


Our products sell out quickly. We continue to produce wonderful products to our highest standard. If by any chance we are out of stock please email us and we will place you on our next batch order list and you will be one of the first to get the next restock. At Shindara we endeavour to keep you, our customers, happy and satisfied with all our products and services.




Are Shindara Products just for women


No. Our brand sees no gender, race or personal lifestyle choices. We produce products for all. Our products are for all hair and skin types. Our clients and customers vary from natural to permed, coarse to fine or dreadlocks. At Shindara everyone is always welcome.




Do I get discount for recommendation and testimonials


Yes, we want you to be part of the family, When you recommend our products, please remind the person to state your email address, we will send our VIP product packages at seasonal celebrations to all our loyal customers. You will also be one of the first to get our new products samples and promotions. We would appreciate your testimonials and pictures.

The tracking number isn't working or am I unable to track my order


You will be able to track your order once the courier service has started the shipping process. If you haven't received an email confirmation from the courier 24-hours after receiving your postage confirmation, do let us know by email and we will endeavour to get this sorted as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?


Please email our customer service at shindaraessentials@gmail.com with any requests to amend your order. However, if your order has already been packaged and shipped before we receive your request, we would be unable to cancel your order.




My product arrived broken or damaged ?


Please always inspect your order on arrival and do contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the items through our email address at shindaraessentials@gmail.com. Please include the order number, full name and the postage address, and photos of the damaged item. We aim to replace and dispatch any damaged product within 48hours of receiving a valid report.




Can I be  refunded on my order if I'm not happy with it?


Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any of our products. We advise all our customers to wait 30 days and ensure you are following our advice and instructions on how to use our products. Please keep progressive pictures of your hair and email them to us shindaraessentials@gmail.com




What are the shipping options?


Due to safety and security of our products and to ensure all our customers get their orders safely and on time, we only offer UK - Tracked with signature required on Delivery




How long will the parcel take to get to me?


Allow 1-2 days for us to process your order and 3-5 working days to get your order




Where is my order?


Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email you provided when you made the order. We will send you a tracking number so you can track your Order and know what date and approximate time of delivery which will require a signature.




I haven't received my confirmation email or tracking number


After placing your order if you haven't received a confirmation within 24-hours of you ordering please kindly email us at shindaraessentials@gmail.com with your name and order number as soon as you can.
