At shindara we endeavour to ensure all our products are labelled and described accurately. We also ensure to illustrate our organic natural products with pictures of our bottles and packaging.

All customers are responsible for the usage of all our products. We do not take any responsibility for misuse of any of our products. As our products are organic natural, all customers must follow our guidance and instruction including doing a PATCH TEST before using any of our products. Customers must follow the guidance with discretion.
We at Shindara are not responsible for goods and items that are damaged or defected as a result of incorrect storage. Customers must follow our storage instructions and warnings. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied.
WEBSITE
We take time to ensure all information given on our site are as detailed and accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of material or information on the website. We will endeavour to update our website as often as possible and we may make changes to our site at anytime without notice.
PAYMENT, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Payments on our website would be taken in Great British Pounds (GBP) Sterling. At shindara we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice, including putting our products on sale or discount at any time. We may also discontinue any of our product at anytime without notice
Orders placed before 12pm takes two to three working days while orders placed after 12pm takes three to five working days. However due to the recent pandemic, delivery services are reduced and therefore deliveries may take longer. Please bare with us as we ensure all our customers receive their orders.
Our product prices do not include postage and packaging. The Cost of product delivery will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are currently only shipping within UK mainland. However, we hope to resume taking International orders in the near future.
RETURNS
